I know that i have not blogged in awhile. Not too much has been going on. The weather here has been nice so we have been taking wesley to the park quite often. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot. He has a great time there. I really love watching him play. Especially when there are other kids there. He keeps going up to them and bending over to say "HIIII"! It's cute. He is an energetic kid. He loves to play. He's so good at playing by himself and keeping busy. And he is a Busy Boy! He is really into cars and trucks right now. It's funny how his taste change from day to day. For example, one day he wants to watch mickey and thent he next he doesn't its's jake. I never know. I love when he sits up in the chair or on the couch and looks at books. I think one of his favorite books is Goodnight Moon! He loves to look through it and he points out everything. He LOVES the MOON! When we go out in the evening and he sees the moon, all you hear from the backseat is MOON!!!!! And not quietly... He yells and squeals, Not sure if it is cause he knows what it is or the book that has made him like it.
He loves to sing. When we are playing music in the car we hear him singing a lot to it. So cute. I am praying that he will be able to sing like his daddy! Only time will tell.
We are working on our ABC's and he can repeat all of them except for W. He is beginning to recognize the letters as well and can point some of them out. Y is one of his favorites.
He has a great personality. He loves to make you laugh and he is a very affectionate kid. He loves to give and get hugs and kisses.
Probably one of my favorite things to do with him other than play is when it is bedtime we have a routine. Say Good Night to daddy, gather all stuffed animals and blankets take them to bed, brush teeth, change diaper. "Working on getting them outta here" and then get into bed.
As soon as I have him lay down he fold his hands together and says "Pray Pray!" It's so precious. We pray for our family. He can say most of the names. He always starts with my sister "Nan Nan!" He'll get the rest pretty soon!
I just wanted to share a little about what's happening in our life. We are so blessed to be able to have each day together. And I hope that the pictures and video that I have posted have made you feel close to us.
